Nimbus Canine offers Private Lesson Programs and limited Board and Training Program spots for your obedient dog needs. We also offer select group classes and host seminars throughout the year. Our beautiful indoor training facility is 5,000 sq ft and we cannot wait to share it with you. Go to our Training page to learn how we can help you. If you need us we will be there. Nimbus Canine has the pleasure of escorting your dog to your wedding or other event. When you move across the country we are there to help. After you purchase a puppy and need a flight nanny we will grab our bag and deliver your new addition safe and sound.

Who We Are
Jennifer Sanderson
The founder, Jennifer Sanderson, has years of experience in personnel, project and program management in the private and public sectors. The return to the canine profession and the creation of the client-centric business combines her love of dogs and passion for providing top quality service.
She grew up with dogs and her first love was English Mastiffs. When she was young she took dog training classes and competed in 4-H in obedience. In 2005 she graduated from the Military Dog Handlers Course at Lackland Air Force Base. Since then she has trained hundreds of dogs. A background in breeding, raising and training German Shepherd Dogs - has provided a solid knowledge base to handle a wide range of dynamics and circumstances of all things canine. Her clients range from high-net-worth-individuals and family pets, to sport competitors and working police canines.
In her free time Jennifer loves traveling the globe, riding horses, relaxing on a peaceful beach, or at home with her dogs and a glass of wine.

Andrea Arter
Andrea possesses a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise from decades of training and handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. She started training dogs in 1994 when her family adopted a retired police K9, a German Shepherd Dog named Max. After competing in her first agility trial with Max in 1996 as a junior handler, Andrea was hooked on dog training. Since then, she has owned, trained, and handled multiple German Shepherds and Doberman Pinschers in confirmation, agility, obedience, tracking, protection, rally, barn hunt, and scent work. She excels in training puppies, pets, and working dogs alike, and has extensive experience caring for dogs with special needs. In addition to dogs, Andrea is passionate about horses, hiking, traveling, and reading.

Dog owners seek us out to bring out the maximum potential in their dogs and incorporate their dog in their most special moments. We truly believe that maintaining a high ratio of time to client will help us better know our clients and enable us to provide the best service and experience possible. With fewer clients we are able to best accommodate their needs and provide personalized care. While we aim to stay small in scale we do not aim to stay small in scope.
We take care of our clients like they are our family and take care of the dogs as if they are our own.
